Valentin - a rescued child from total seclusion within his home. His parents raised him indoors from fear he would be taken or hurt in the outside world. He ran for the first time when he was taken to the Kids Alive property two years ago. Falling and scraping his knees from weakness and physical delays did not discourage him from getting up and running non-stop for hours. He truly has been set free. Pray he will be set eternally free through Christ!

Lloel - a Kids Alive rescued child at the residential homes.

Week June 30 - July 5
Only 18 more days and we head to the DR! We hold great expectations of what God will do through us, for us, and in spite of us while in the DR.
(1) Pray our study of the Spanish language through words and songs will fuse into our memory. We desire to communicate God's love in word and deeds.
(2) Pray God will open up opportunities to encourage fellow Dominican believers in their faith.
(3) Pray God will open up opportunities to testify to how God has redeemed us to a life that's purpose is to glorify Him in whatever we do.
